spring soiree cocktail
- 1½ oz. La Marca Prosecco
- 1½ oz. aged rum
- ½ oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 10 mint leaves
Muddle the mint and shake all ingredients except La Marca. Strain into a coupe glass while simultaneously pouring in your prosecco. Garnish with a mint sprig.
