BASIL SPRITZ
The Basil Spritz is made for that golden-hour pause—when the table’s set and glasses are in hand. Lightly botanical from fresh basil, bright with lemon, and finished with La Marca Prosecco, it’s the kind of cocktail that elevates whatever’s on the menu.
Ingredients:
• 4 basil leaves
• 1 oz. lemon juice
• 1 oz. vodka
• ½ oz. simple syrup
• 3-4 oz. La Marca Prosecco
• Lemon twist and basil for garnish
To make:
Fill a glass with ice, then muddle basil leaves, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Strain mixture into a glass and top with La Marca Prosecco. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with lemon twist and basil.
