
BASIL SPRITZ
The Basil Spritz is made for that golden-hour pause—when the table’s set and glasses are in hand. Lightly botanical from fresh basil, bright with lemon, and finished with La Marca Prosecco, it’s the kind of cocktail that elevates anything on the menu.
Ingredients:
• 4 basil leaves
• ½ oz. lemon juice
• 1 oz. vodka
• ½ oz. simple syrup
• 3-4 oz. La Marca Prosecco
• Lemon twist and basil for garnish
To make:
Muddle three basil leaves with lemon juice and simple syrup inside a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka to the shaker and fill it halfway with ice before shaking for 20 seconds. Then fill a glass with ice and strain the mixture into the glass. Top with La Marca Prosecco and stir gently to combine. Garnish with lemon twist and the remaining basil leaf.
