AMARO SPRITZ
Aromatic and complex, the Amaro Spritz balances bitterness and sweetness with bright citrus notes and subtle spice. With its diverse character and versatile appeal, it’s a classic Prosecco cocktail for golden hour or an after-dinner digestif.
Ingredients:
• 2 oz. Amaro
• 1 oz. Soda water
• 3 oz. La Marca Prosecco
• Orange peel for garnish
To make:
Fill a glass with ice, then add the amaro and soda water. Top with La Marca Prosecco and stir gently to combine. Finish with a twist of orange for garnish.
