SUNSET SPRITZ
In collaboration with Four Roses Bourbon, we’ve paired the crisp, vibrant bubbles of La Marca Prosecco with the rich warmth of Kentucky bourbon. Lighter than a typical bourbon cocktail, the Sunset Spritz is the perfect balance of sweet strawberries, smooth bourbon, and the bright bubbles of La Marca Prosecco. Enjoy on the porch or patio at sunset with a cool breeze, light bites and conversation.
Ingredients
• 1¼ oz Four Roses Bourbon
• 1¼ oz. bitter aperitivo
• 1 oz. strawberry syrup
• 2 oz. La Marca Prosecco
• Strawberry slices, for garnish
• Orange slices, for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the strawberry syrup (instructions below). Combine all ingredients into a wine glass. Add ice and top with La Marca Prosecco. Stir to incorporate. Garnish with sliced strawberries and orange slices.
Strawberry syrup: Combine equal parts destemmed, sliced strawberries to water and granulated sugar. Heat in a saucepan to simmer. Let simmer for ten minutes. Allow to cool, strain.
