SICILIAN STRAWBERRY SPRITZ

Ingredients
• 2 strawberries, sliced
• ½ oz. lemon juice
• ½ oz. honey syrup
• 5 mint leaves
• 1 cucumber ribbon
• Topped with a splash of La Marca Prosecco Rosé
Instructions
Muddle strawberries. Add rum, lime juice and lavender syrup to a cocktail shaker. Shake then strain into glass. Top with La Marca Prosecco Rosé. Garnish with strawberry and lavender.
