
SGROPPINO
Light, frothy, and unforgettable — the Sgroppino is a Venetian tradition that turns La Marca Prosecco and sorbet into a silky, spoonable cocktail. Whether served between courses or as a final treat, it’s an elegant way to sip something a little different.
Ingredients:
• 1 Scoop lemon sorbet (or any sorbet flavor you prefer)
• ½ oz. Vodka (optional, for a stronger finish)
• 1-3 oz. La Marca Prosecco
• Lemon wedge and sprig of mint for garnish
To make:
Place one scoop of sorbet into a chilled glass. Add vodka, then gently top with La Marca Prosecco. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon wedge. Serve immediately with a spoon or straw.
