PASSIONFRUIT SPRITZ
The most popular spritz style—from Sorrento to the States—is undoubtedly the Passionfruit Spritz. To kick off summer, we’ve added a tropical twist to the crisp and refreshing classic with our new Passionfruit Spritz! Starting with a bitter aperitif and passionfruit pulp infusion, add club soda and La Marca Prosecco in a glass over ice, and enjoy a rich and floral, bright and citrusy spritz that just may outshine its namesake.
Ingredients
• 1.5 oz passionfruit infused-bitter aperitif
• 3⁄4 oz lemon juice
• 3 oz La Marca Prosecco
• 3-4 oz club soda
• Garnish with dried orange slice and half of passionfruit
Instructions
Infuse a bitter aperitif with passionfruit pulp for approximately two days. When you're ready to mix, add 1.5 ounces of the passion fruit-infused bitter aperitif to a glass. Add club soda and 3 ounces of La Marca Prosecco. Stir the ingredients well to incorporate them, creating a tropical twist on a classic spritz!
