MATCHA GIN FIZZ SPRITZ

Inspired by the New Orleans-born cocktail famous for its creamy texture and iconic foam finish, our Matcha Gin Fizz Spritz brings a touch of Italian elegance to the festive decadence of New Orleans. Tangy, sweet, and botanical, this innovative spritz cocktail is well worth the shake. Enjoy at brunch with friends or add a sophisticated twist to afternoon tea.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. gin
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 3/4 oz. rich coconut simple syrup
- 3/4 oz. matcha tea
- 1 oz. heavy whipping cream
- 1 egg white
- 1-2 oz. La Marca Prosecco
- Club soda
- Coconut flakes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 3 minutes. Add ice and shake until the ice is completely diluted. Strain into a highball glass and place in freezer for 2-3 minutes. Top with La Marca Prosecco and club soda—the top will foam! Garnish with sifted matcha powder and coconut flakes.
