Blending white rum, lime juice, coconut syrup, and La Marca Prosecco, it’s best enjoyed poolside, under the refreshing shade of a beach umbrella.
Ingredients
• 2 oz. La Marca Prosecco
• 2 oz. white rum
• 1 Cube rozen simple syrup
• Crushed ice
• Dried pineapple slice, for garnish
• Lime wheel for garnish
Instructions
In a blender, combine white rum with frozen lime juice, frozen coconut syrup, crushed ice, and La Marca Prosecco. Pour into a daiquiri glass and garnish with pineapple and lime.
