1½ oz. aged rum
½ oz. lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
10 mint leaves
Muddle the mint and shake all ingredients except La Marca. Strain into a coupe glass while simultaneously pouring in your Prosecco. Garnish with a mint sprig.
