Five Fall Cocktail Recipes

Savor sweater weather Italian-style with crisp fall cocktail recipes made to complement every activity on your itinerary. Cin cin!

#1. For Fall Parties: Palazzo Punch

A striking balance of soft, warming spice and bright, vibrant citrus, this sparkling blend means palace in Italian, making it perfect for inviting guests into yours. Whether you're hosting an autumn garden party or pumpkin decorating on the patio, this Processo and tequila-based cocktail combines fall's boldest flavors for a crisp, harmonious finish. Serve with dried citrus wheels for an added touch of autumn elegance.

 

The Recipe (Serves 4-6): 12 oz. La Marca Prosecco | 6 oz. Camarena Silver Tequila | 8 oz. hibiscus syrup | 16 oz. pineapple juice | 8 oz. lime juice | 32 dashes bitters

 

Shake the tequila, syrup, pineapple and lime juices with bitters. Pour into glass while simultaneously pouring in your La Marca Prosecco. Garnish with a citrus wheel for a perfect punch.

 

#2. For Bonfires: Bourbon & Bubbles 

For a light twist on an old-fashioned favorite, there's the Bourbon & Bubbles. Smooth, full-bodied and nuanced with a refreshing effervescent finish, this fireside favorite brings a warming glow to gatherings, especially when enjoyed with friends. Pop and pour for a little late-night dolce vita.

 

The Recipe: 4 oz. La Marca Prosecco | 1 oz. Horse Soldier Straight Bourbon | ½ oz. orange liqueur | 3 dashes sweet bitters | 3 dashes bitters

 

Stir the bourbon, liqueur and bitters. Strain into a coupe glass while simultaneously pouring in your La Marca Prosecco. Garnish your bourbon & bubbles cocktail with a lemon twist.

 

#3. For Sunset Picnics: Sbagliato Rosa

What's perfectly bright and bitter with bursts of fresh citrus? Your new picnic go-to. An ode to autumn sunsets along the coast of Capri, this rose gold-colored cocktail balances delicate florals with crisp bubbles for a bold, zesty finish. Pair it with nuts, cured meats, and fresh-baked bread and olive oil for a stunning sunset snack.

 

The Recipe: 2 oz. La Marca Prosecco Rosé | 1 oz. Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro | 1 oz. Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth

 

Add ingredients into a double old fashioned rocks glass filled with ice and stir gently to combine/chill. Garnish with grapefruit ½ wheel or expressed citrus peels like orange & grapefruit.

 

#4. For Getting Spooky: The Negroni Sbagliato

Halloween calls for classics with a mysterious twist. Bold, bitter and balanced with a surprising, sparkling finish, The Negroni Sbagliato bubbles with complexity and intrigue, making it perfect for spooky season. The Recipe: 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth | 1 oz. Aperitivo | 1 oz. La Marca Prosecco | Orange Peel

                       

Combine sweet vermouth and Aperitivo in an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with La Marca Prosecco. Stir gently and garnish with orange peel.

#5. After Apple Picking: The Fall Bellini

This recipe comes to us from mixologist, Natalie Migliarini. Warm cinnamon, tart apple and crisp bubbly intertwine for a fresh twist on a brunch favorite, transporting you to autumn days at the orchard. This crisp cocktail is perfect for post apple picking or an al fresco brunch. Serve the sparkling Fall Bellini with fruit-stuffed crepes, spiced granola and fine cheese for a bountiful--and beautiful!--spread that matches fall's kaleidoscope of colors. Cin, cin!

 

The Recipe: Apple cider | 4-5 oz. La Marca Prosecco

 

Freeze apple cider into mini ice spheres, then add to a flute glass. Top with La Marca Prosecco. Garnish with an apple fan and cinnamon stick.
